As of 3-27-17, attorneys and individual filers can now e-file their court documents in sixteen California counties with more counties being added over the next several months. The Legalefile portal makes the process inexpensive and simple.

Step 1: Enter the portal from the legalefile.com website or CLICK HERE

Step 2: Sign up to create an account or login to your existing account

Step 3: Choose to initiate a new case or file on an existing case

Step 4: Our single screen allows you to file your documents in as little as 30 seconds

We are currently filing the following case types in these 16 counties:

1. Alameda – Criminal & Family (Juvenile Dependency only)
2. Fresno – Civil, Family, Probate & Mental Health
3. Kern – Civil, Family, Probate & Mental Health
4. Kings – Civil, Criminal, Family, Probate & Mental Health
5. Merced – Civil, Criminal, Family, Probate & Mental Health
6. Monterey – Civil, Family, Probate & Mental Health
